Memberships and Cancellations

Candy Mag UK reserves the right to verify, or require proof of all information given in order to obtain membership, any fraudulent or wrongful information given in order to obtain such membership could result in the cancellation of all membership rights and lead to the repayment of all monies due Candy Mag UK.

The acceptance by Candy Mag UK of an application for membership shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the member and the Candy Mag UK. The member hereby agrees also to be bound by the rules, bylaws and regulations applicable to the Facilities, which are in force from time to time.

Once membership is activated Candy Mag UK will not be responsible for refunding fees due to a change of mind, although Candy Mag UK will investigate any claims for non-functionality of items purchased and refund accordingly at their discretion if once investigated fault is found to be that of Candy Mag UK.
